Excuses are required within two weeks following a missed meeting date to avoid a fine.* Excuses may be sent via regular post or e-mail: 25253 Oribi Pl., Aldie, VA 20105 or email: nvwoasec@verizon.net. $$$ Attendance Incentive: When an official attends all meetings during the season he/she receives a "perfect attendance incentive” deduction from their dual meet income (7.5% instead of having 10% deducted). If an official misses a meeting for ANY reason, he/she is ineligible for the deduction. Please note, officials still need to provide an excuse for missing a meeting (see above) so that they are NOT penalized *1/2 of a dual meet fee. |
